Despite being one of the biggest wealth & employment generators, the industry remains largely unorganized. There is a huge demand for trained quality manpower in all aspects of real estate & facility management - from construction to sales to operations to investment & fund management. Further the Indian market is increasingly becoming quality conscious & globalised. There are virtually no structured educational & training programmes available to address the needs of working professionals & students.
